About Me
My passion for technology started early. At the age of seven, I built my first computer from spare parts from friends and family. By ten, I was already taking my first steps in programming.
Since then, curiosity has turned into a long-term focus: using technology to solve real-world problems.
When I was nineteen and in my first year at university, an opportunity came up by chance. A friend of my father was looking for an experienced Computer Science student to work in a manufacturing company.
I said, “Yes — me.” They appreciated the initiative and gave me the opportunity.
That decision shaped my career. I spent six years working directly on the shopfloor. As a result, I gained deep insight into production processes and industrial operations.
Over time, the company asked whether I knew other motivated people who might want to join. That trust reflected the results and relationships we built together.
This early exposure sparked a lasting passion for manufacturing and industrial digitalization. Therefore, I later co-founded M2MGO, focusing on MES/MOM solutions for modern production environments.
After completing my Computer Science degree, I built more than 20 years of experience across the IT industry. I worked in hands-on software development and later moved into leadership roles.
For example, I served as a Manager at Accenture, one of the world’s leading consulting companies. In addition, I founded two technology companies. In one of them, I acted as CTO.
Both companies achieved successful exits through acquisition.
Today, through Fuertes-IT, I support organizations of all sizes — from startups to large enterprises. I help turn complex ideas into practical and reliable solutions.
I stay hands-on and close to both technology and people. As a result, I focus on clear stakeholder collaboration and pragmatic problem solving.
My goal is simple: get things done and deliver professional, scalable results.

03 Freelance (Current)
I work as an independent IT consultant under Fuertes-IT. My focus is senior software development and manufacturing IT.
In addition, I provide technology leadership when it is needed. Therefore, I stay hands-on, pragmatic, and close to stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable results.
02 Founder & Management
In previous years, I held founder and management roles at M2MGO and SALT Solutions. Later, I worked as a Manager at Accenture.
During this phase, I combined product development, team leadership, and business responsibility. In addition, I held CTO responsibility in one of my own companies.
This work included scaling teams and products, integrating organizations, and delivering enterprise and industrial solutions. As a result, it culminated in successful acquisitions.
01 Professional Growth
Earlier in my career, I built a strong technical foundation through hands-on roles in software development and project leadership.
I worked as a developer, senior engineer, and project lead across multiple industries. As a result, I gained deep experience in full-stack development, system integration, and industrial IT.
This foundation later enabled my leadership and entrepreneurial roles.
